Refund & Cancellation Policy — RealtyRoof Edge

1. Overview

RealtyRoof Edge (a brand owned and operated by Ananta Consultancy) offers digital facilitation and agreement-signing services for brokers, agents, developers, and channel partners through a wallet-based model.

Users can recharge their wallet to purchase signing credits in advance. These credits are then used to initiate and execute e-sign requests via third-party APIs.

All fees paid towards wallet recharges are for access to the digital tools, document execution workflow, and secure API-based signing integrations offered by RealtyRoof Edge.

Since these services are instant, prepaid, and non-tangible, RealtyRoof Edge follows a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of verified technical failure directly attributable to our system.

2. Wallet Recharge and Usage Policy

  • Wallet recharges are treated as advance purchases of signing credits, not as deposits or subscriptions.
  • Each signing credit allows one or more e-sign executions, depending on the plan purchased.
  • Once a signing transaction is initiated, the corresponding credits are instantly and irreversibly deducted from the user's wallet.
  • Credits remain valid for 365 days from the date of purchase or recharge and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel a wallet recharge request only before payment completion.
  • Once payment has been processed and wallet credits have been added to the account, no cancellation is possible.
  • Credits that are unused remain available for future use but cannot be converted back to cash.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Double payment made accidentally for the same wallet recharge.
  • Payment deducted but wallet not credited, due to a verified system or gateway error.
  • Technical failure on RealtyRoof Edge servers that prevents wallet crediting or signing initiation after successful payment.

All refund requests must be made in writing to info@realtyroof.in within 7 days of the transaction date and must include valid proof of payment.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • The signing credit has been used, partially used, or linked to a signing transaction.
  • The issue arises from user-side errors, such as incorrect inputs, document uploads, or internet connectivity problems.
  • The API-based signing request was successfully initiated with the third-party eSign provider.
  • The wallet recharge was processed successfully and credits were added to the account.
  • The service delay or failure occurred due to third-party system downtime, network issues, or force majeure conditions.

All signing transactions are logged and timestamped for transparency and verification purposes.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes related to wallet transactions, payments, or credit utilization:

  • Users must first contact our support team via info@realtyroof.in with complete transaction details.
  • If not resolved internally, disputes shall be governed under the Laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

7. Force Majeure

RealtyRoof Edge shall not be held liable for any interruption, delay, or non-performance of services resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: technical failures, internet outages, system updates, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or government actions.

In such cases, no refund shall be applicable.
